My little guy really got into this once we set it up. At first mention...not so much. Anything "Wild Thing" related will always remind me of Ford. He was obsessed when he was smaller. I just now got around to taking these pictures. I don't think he's too big, do you?
This rainy day weather has made me miss the beach vacation we just took to St. Augustine, Fl. Even though it wasn't as warm as I would have liked the kids never even noticed. Those crazy people were in the water in 60 degree weather. I, on the other hand sat with my towel and beach blanket wrapped around me like a beachy Eskimo. ...I think I'm just old! No, I do not have a picture of that! We also toured the St. Augustine light house. Well, Hank or I didn't tour it. We were too afraid of plunging to our deaths... I did get a picture of the other three waving from the top. There actually was one warm-ish day that we went to the beach and of course, mom had to take family pictures. The wind was blowing the whole time, though, and Lucy and I laughed at our hair sticking up in most of those. We also got to tour a replica of a spanish ship called the El Galeon. It was interesting and I love all the old style details I could photograph. I would recommend visiting St. Augustine when the weather was right. Maybe we'll go again. I think I will wait for summer next time.
This mild weather today made me long for warmer temperatures, so I turned my thoughts back to last May when I followed Callie out to the Circle K Farms strawberry patch to pick some fresh berries. It may be cold tomorrow, so enjoy this little reminder of sunshine!
I can't believe this baby is a year old! Sweet Luke is growing and I can't tell some of his pictures apart from his brother's. The resemblance is amazing. Of course, Izzy looks like them, too. Isn't it funny?
Easton is growing so fast! What a cutie. This time I was able to meet the whole family, grandparents and everything. Easton went about his day like I wasn't even there, complete with napping! I love it when that happens because pictures of sleeping babies are some of my favorite.
Wow, Thomas is such a cute kid! All that curly hair and those blue eyes, I won't be surprised if we see him in a magazine somewhere down the road. He definitely isn't shy in front of the camera! That makes this photographer smile.

Some of those "natural" poses are the best, even if that certain someone is trying to eat the props. Lots of laughter and craziness makes it all worthwhile and I so enjoyed this session!

This was a great location and so fun! The boys could run around wherever they wanted (and they did! Haha!) and still they were contained. I love that Whitney and Clint are so laid back. Some of those "natural" poses are the best, even if that certain someone is trying to eat the props. Lots of laughter and craziness makes it all worthwhile and I so enjoyed this session!
Wow! All four kids were polite, calm, and pleasant. No one grumbled at all about getting their picture taken. That's a feat considering there are three boys. I think Mia secretly loved it anyway. She's sort of the boss. Haha! Cuteness. I love that she had her voilin. She's quite the musician and I got to hear several songs.

Geneva has grown into such a beauty! I feel so old. I babysat her when she was just four-years-old. We used to play and watch Mulan, her very favorite movie. It seems like it wasn't that long ago. Now she's a senior. Time flies. I wish we could catch it and slow it down sometimes. Geneva, I am proud of you for the sweet, smart young lady you are.
These boys were energetic AND hilarious. Little Knox talked my ears off and I laughed all the way home. I know they are keeping Bonnie on her toes. This afternoon's sunlight and Fall colors were perfect.

What a cutie little Easton is. He's got mom, dad, and big sis to spoil him. We wore him out at this session. He was asleep before the sun even went down.

Wow! I've known these guys for a long time. I won't mention that I had Amy in my First Grade class so many years ago. lol. I'm giving my age away. They have all grown to be such talented, smart and fun young adults. Did I mention good-looking, too? Inside and out. Daniel is a rock star according to my three. I love to see the affection for each other in these pictures. Looking forward to seeing where your paths take you from here.
