Senior Week is here!  Meet Emme.  She is a Sophomore from Lebanon High School, so a graduating senior in 2020.  I was lucky enough to get her to do some photos for me during my 'Senior Model' week.  Look how pretty she is!  

 She loves animals and the outdoors.  Camping, fishing, swimming, and kayaking are her favorite things.  Emme's also an awesome volleyball player.

I love prom season!  All the dresses and excitement.  I did take the prom pictures at the Lebanon High School prom, but I also got to see these two beforehand and take their pictures.  You know I love outdoor photo shoots the best.  The theme was The Great Gatsby, and Samantha definitely looks the part.  There was some silliness going on, too.  Can't be too serious.  Scroll down to see this gorgeous couple of friends.

Model Call!

Juniors and Seniors, I need your help!  Well, actually, any high schooler can apply.  I need a model team.  If you think being in front of the camera is fun, and you would like to help a photographer out, I need you.  During the week of April 15th am going to take some pictures.  For free.  You're going to help me out, and I'm going to help you out!  You'll get some free stuff, and I'll get some content to advertise with.  Plus it's fun.  And you can bring a friend if you want to.  Win-win.  If you are interested in this opportunity, PLEASE let me know by email, text, call.  I'll send you information asap.  You just have to fill out an application form.  Can't wait to hear from you!

LHS Senior

Meet Garrett.  Lebanon High School class of 2018.  Senior.  Golfer.  Cool guy!  We had a bit of an extended senior portrait session, and went to downtown Lebanon (you'll be surprised at how many awesome areas there are) and also ran over to the Country Club for some golf pictures...because that's what he's so good at.  In fact, he has signed with Cumberland University.  I'm so excited to see more of Garrett's accomplishments in the golfing world.  I keep seeing articles about him as it is!  Check it out, and scroll for some of my favorite senior pictures of him.

Briawna

Meet Briawna. Class of 2018.  This girl is into everything.  We could hardly find time for pictures, but luckily she made room for me in her busy schedule!  Lebanon High School is lucky to have her, and of course, Ole Miss will be, too.  We snuck into the gym to get most of her cheer pictures, and then wandered around the high school for the rest...just kidding.  We didn't sneak.  It helps to have a mom who's PTO president.  Briawna is a cheerleader and golfer.  She loves to read and spend time at the gym.  Loves: Friends and Teammates Dislikes: When people don't give 110%.  Of course, we also had to include some mom and daughter pics in their Preds jerseys! Mattie is in the Miss TN Teen Pageant!!

   Congratulations, Mattie!  I'm so excited that you have been chosen.  Thank you for asking me to do your headshots for the pageant; I think it's one of my new favorite things to shoot. Miss Lebanon Teen USA is a Sophomore at Watertown High School.  This pageant will be in October, and she needs some sponsors! Page High School | Darby

         Meet Darby! Class of 2018.  Page High School is lucky to have this senior.  She's also a girl after my own heart because she loves PHOTOGRAPHY!  I absolutely love the picture with her camera (scroll down; I know you want to see it).  I've known Darby's mom since college, and I'm glad to know she has three awesome kids (just like me!).  Of course, they had to have a few pictures, too.  Bring 'em on, I say.  We had a great time at the Lebanon square taking these pictures.  I love the way Darby was a natural in front of the camera, and it shows.  She is so confident.  It's good to see girls who feel good about themselves.  Keep it up, Darby!  You are fun, smart, gorgeous person!

Lebanon High School Senior | Allie

      Meet Allie.  Class of 2018.  Here's what I love:  She's not just a pretty face!  I love it when girls play sports.  I love it when I get to go to the place where seniors actually play their sport and take pictures in the 'natural habitat'.  Allie and I went to downtown Lebanon, then to LHS right at sunset to take her track pictures.  She came with some ideas of her own, too (the shoe pile), and it was awesome. thanks, Allie, for the fun session, and I can't wait to see what happens next in your journey!

   Meet Brett.  Senior. Class of 2018 at Lebanon High School.  I was so glad when his mom contacted me for his senior pictures.  We went to downtown Lebanon, one of my favorite places.  It fit!  

   Brett is looking forward to socializing his senior year.  Yes, my kind of senior! Haha.  He is still deciding about his path to college, but he is working and saving.  Sounds responsible to me.  Go see him at Gap!  Dislikes:  Getting up in the morning...

Clarksville High School | Ashley

   Meet Ashley, class of 2018.  Clarksville High School is lucky to have her!  She can't wait to finish, though, and head to college.  I wonder if she'll continue to play softball.  Scroll down to see those pictures.  Softball girls are awesome. 

     Ashley came to Lebanon and we did her session on the square.  Then we headed over to the softball fields and got some good shots there, too.  She likes to hunt and fish, as well as look cute...ok, I added that one. She is super photogenic and  did not complain once when I asked her to do all these poses.  I think she liked it!

    I was so happy when I realized she brought her Mustang.  Of course we had to take pics with her ride. Everybody at my house was jealous when they saw the pictures.  Be safe in that thing!

Softball Tips

Alex, Senior at Warren East High School, Bowling Green, Ky

   This is Alex.  Class of 2018! She's my niece, so I think she's great.  No, I'm not biased!  ;)  She wanted an urban feel with a creek, so she came down from Bowling Green to visit us here in Lebanon.  Her colors go great with the brick and stucko in downtown Lebanon.  Don Fox Park has the creek, so we went there, too.  Watch out for snakes, people...

      I have watched Alex grow to become a beautiful senior who is so excited to make new memories with her friends this year.  She is in FFA, as you will see by her second outfit in the images.  So cute!  I know she'll have a great upcoming year.  School starts so soon.

Nashville Middle TN Senior | Brittney

McGavock High School Senior 2017

      I was so thrilled when Brittney showed up  to get her pictures taken.  I didn't know her, but I did know that she just moved here and that she went to my alma mater, McGavock!  Of course, she had NONE of my teachers because, well, I'm old.

     I would describe her as a little edgy, a little pretty, and very sweet.  I think those all those are compliments.  I'm a big believer in being your own person, which Brittney certainly is.  She definitely wasn't afraid of getting in to the water, as you can see from the creek pictures.  We won't mention the slimy bottom of the creekbed...AND we didn't see any snakes.  Definitely a plus.   I can tell she's a also a little adventurous and brave.  My kind of girl. 

     We actually went to Don Fox Park here in Lebanon for our session.  If you know this place, You totally need to walk back to the creek.  I bet half of us have never been there. It's so surprisingly pretty late in the day when the sun is going down.  So glad Brittney mentioned a creek for her senior session.  She makes the scenery that much better, too!  It was an awesome session.

   Amber's Ready to Graduate

    Oh, my gosh!  These seniors that I have known since they were little are killing me with their graduations!  How does it go so fast?  I just thought there was more time. What happened to that little girl in the gymnastics uniform not too long ago?  

     Well, Lebanon High School is losing Amber, BUT Cumberland University will gain her in the fall.  She loves hanging with friends, Alabama football, and working at Chic-fil-a.  You might also see her at the Roxy or with her Youth Group at church.  She has so much ahead of her, and I know she'll do great...pretty, too! ;)

     We went to downtown Lebanon for her senior portraits, and then to the Mitchell House on Castle Heights campus. Good choices!  Two of my favorite places.

Wendy's a Senior!

     She's ready to graduate. I keep seeing her mom's facebook posts about last prom, last color guard competition, first look at the cap and gown...*whew*

I'm almost there with my girl, but not quite.  I try not to think about it.

But Wendy, what an adventure for you!  I was in marching band, and it gave me some of the best memories.  You'll miss it, but you'll also make new memories, new friends. Your parents can't wait to see what happens next, even though it's bittersweet.  I hope you're excited for this next chapter. Onward!  ;)

Taylor | Lebanon High School

    Taylor is a Junior this year at Lebanon High School.   She loves to hang out with her best friend, Briawna (shout-out to Briawna!  You can see her blog post here:

Taylor is a volleyball player, and loves modeling, make-up and shopping. Good for me, because as you can see, she is gorgeous!  I'm so glad she wanted to be one of my senior models.  That's not all.  She is a super sweet girl, who has two little brothers and a very nice mom and dad.  That is always a plus!  Thanks, Taylor!

Chance | Lebanon High School

          Chance is a Junior at Lebanon High School.  We had to reschedule her pictures because of snow...on spring break...so she ended up with her own private little session.  It was great!  She loves to travel, and has had lots of opportunities to do so.  This October she is going to Nicaragua with her youth group. So adventurous and with a heart for helping others.  She loves and run, and is an awesome student, too.  I'm so glad she decided to help me out and become one of my senior models.  Yay, me!

Maddy | hendersonville High School

   Maddy was so fun to photograph.  Every time I asked her not to smile she laughed hysterically.  I loved it.  I did get that...

Oh, my, gosh.  She's the cutest. 

      Maddy's a Junior at Hendersonville High School.  She loves dancing and the outdoors.  She said she's never modeled before, but she was very comfortable in front of the camera.  She's very involved in her church; loves children and old people!  Makes my heart happy. Aw!
